Before we jump into the energies of 2018, a Number 11 Universal Year, let's pause and review our accomplishments from 2017.
In the past months, what changed in your life that has had a lasting effect upon you and will give you a different outlook going forward?
This could be anything from shifts in health, starting a new diet or exercise lifestyle, shifts in perception, insights and awareness about yourself and the world, learning something that greatly expands the use of your skills and talents, the death of someone close to you, a transition in work or living place and so forth. It might be that you have made a shift in your outlook of your life and have become grateful for all you have, and much more.
Do you ever wish you could live life on your own terms? You'd work when you wanted and have the time to do the activities that call to you. You'd have time to actually take care of yourself, such as eating well and exercising, instead of feeling guilty for not doing so. You could study about something that piques your interest, pursue hobbies that bring meaning to your life, all the while acting as a role model, showing others that they can live according to their own terms, too.
But what if you have a lot of energy in your design that causes you to feel like living outside the box is threatening, even terrifying? The fear of not fitting in keeps you paralyzed and your dreams and alignment with your purpose seem out of...
The energies of September are a reflection of the overall theme of 2017. In Numerology, September is a 19 Universal month, which reduces to 10, Instant Manifestation and Synchronicity and ultimately to the number 1, Initiation.
In the ancient Chaldean numerology, the number 19 represents the Sun and is often called the Prince of Heaven. It is a highly auspicious energy, an energy of reward, success, victory and abundance. Within this energy one can see the co-creative power of the Divine or Spirit who provides synchronistic events and experiences that offer guidance in life and clarity towards one’s soul’s purpose.
September amplifies the energy of instant manifestation and of creating something new and powerful that...
Relationships provide us with an awesome opportunity for expanding our awareness and evolving beyond where we are currently. All thanks to our loving partner.
Our partner has the wonderful capacity of being able to provoke us, push our buttons and make us question our worth.
For example, have you ever had your sweetheart tell you that you are number one in his life, but he won't agree to marriage or a more committed relationship because of some other reason? Maybe he's choosing to appease a parent or a business partner because he's afraid that by bringing you into his life more fully you will rock the boat and affect his financial position. In essence he's choosing money over love.
I'm writing a book spiritual fantasy story about a woman who has to awaken her hidden talents as a Spirit Woman, travel across the country and survive many perils to meet with her soulmate so that, together, they can save the world from the Dark Lords.
As part of Alena's awakening, she discovers her natural talents and learns how to use them as tools to awaken and shift who she was into who she is becoming.
One of of the first lessons she deciphers to ease her trials and tribulations, is noticing the beauty around her and feeling grateful for all the good things, even the not so good things, that happen to her.
It's easy to know that your thoughts create your reality. It's another thing to practice it and it takes time....
The question of what happens after death has gone on for ages. Some religions teach that this life is a one time shot. The teaching states that God created us for this one life. We had better live it well and get it right so we stand a chance to be welcomed into Heaven, especially since the alternative doesn't sound very inviting.
Other religions teach that we come again and again to experience different aspects of our Soul, for the glory and expansion of the Divine and to achieve enlightenment. This can explain a sense of deja vu. Another explanation of past life memories could stem from our genetic lineage or the genetic material in our 'body suit' or fascia.
It's all a big mystery and subject to personal belief.
Do you know anyone who has not had some sort of challenge with parents?
I don't. And that is as it should be.
There are two basic kinds of relationships with our parents: supportive and nurturing or challenging and struggle. Sometimes it is a combination of both. These kinds of relationships can be with one or both parents. This can run the gamut from abuse to overly protectiveness. We grow up, carrying the scars of childhood, harbor resentment, anger and even hate against one or both parents. Our early experiences in life form our perspective about ourselves and our self worth and becomes the root of our behaviors, coping or otherwise.
When in the midst of struggle with our specific set of challenges, we o...
It's so easy to think that living our purpose is something monumental, sort of like having a super career, an awesome job where you save the world or something equally glorious.
Well, I hate to burst the illusion. We are already living our purpose just by being who we are, every day. Now for some people, their self expression and purpose is much grander and more visible than for many of us. The truth is, we are all living our purpose for as long as we exist.
I came to this conclusion after long studies into the birth codes of other people, as well as my own charts. We are born with natural tendencies, drives, wants, desires, abilities and natural inclinations. Some people love to study. Others love to invent something new. Other...
The funeral and burial events had gone without a hitch. Now family had gone home and I could heave a sigh of relief and seek a much needed rest. The days of holding the vision for a desired outcome, the hours of communicating with each person involved to grasp an understanding of their wishes, organizing, delegating, coordinating, and seeing to all the details, had taken their toll, even if I did borrow from the life force energy of those around me.
Prodded by compliments from the family and guests, it finally dawned upon me that I was doing what I was perfectly designed to do and this is what it means to be a Projector.
In the self-discovery tool called Human Design, each one of us has a particular way we manage and m...
