I didn't figure this out until just recently. Normally, I am pretty stable emotionally, but the last few days, it's been really easy to get down, start having negative thoughts about myself, my value and the world.
I finally looked at the Human Design transits and put two and two together. I created this video so that those people who tend to be emotionally stable (when alone) so that you will know that you are just fine.
