As empaths and lightworkers, we are currently working overtime to transmute all the dense energies and fears rampant in our world today. This can take a toll on our bodies, such as having trouble sleeping, chronic digestive problems and upset stomach, headaches, and general fatigue. It wasn't until I remembered a curandera telling me in no uncertain terms that I should assign a crystal to assist trapped souls to the other world instead of doing it myself. I was inspired to ask some of my crystals if they would be willing to help me 'digest' the world's energies. Here is the Light Language attunement I did on my crystals.
