1. General Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased, as outlined below.
2. Print Books

Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase or before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

Once the order has been shipped, refunds are not available unless there are special circumstances (e.g., the book arrives damaged or incorrect).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at elaine @ elainec.com with photos of the issue.
3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

If a file is incompatible with your device, we will assist you in troubleshooting the issue or provide an alternative file format.
4. Readings, Coaching, and Healing Sessions

Refunds are available if requested within 48 hours of purchase and before work has begun for the reading or session.

Once work has started (including chart preparation, interpretations, or pre-session analysis), refunds will no longer be available.

No refunds will be given after a completed session.

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session (No-Show) will be charged in full.

If there is a scheduling conflict or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
5. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method.
